Overview
Pro//BASE™ Refinish System Painter Certification Training is designed to introduce shop personnel to this new product line. This is the only course which will certify painters for our Pro//BASE™ Refinish System 3 Year Limited Warranty. The program will be divided between classroom time and shop time. Students will be provided with instructions for the proper application and usage of the Pro//BASE Refinish System. The objective is to improve production targets and maintain the highest quality repair.
The Color Match Simplicity course will introduce each student to the fundamentals of color adjustment. The course will utilize instructor led classroom discussions to help students understand the reason for color mismatches as well as preventative measures that can be taken to minimize the need for color adjustment. The course will cover the entire Martin-Senour color adjustment theory and will include visual tools to help students better understand and implement color adjustment procedures. Students will participate in a Theoretical Color Adjustment activity that will allow them to analyze over 20 colors and determine what adjustments are necessary. Pre-sprayed panels and sprayouts will be used during class to allow this course to be conducted in a classroom environment.
Lunch will be provided. Hours are 8:30 am - 4:30 pm. All class participants will receive Personal Safety Equipment and Product Training Materials for use and future reference.

This course is designed for preparation and refinish technicians working in shops using the Pro//BASE™ Refinish System and anyone interested in learning more about color adjustment.

Accreditation
This training is approved through CASE NATEF and the I-CAR Industry Training alliance program and as such, qualifies each participant to apply for 17 I-CAR credit hours.
